Jeong Eun-ji and Lee Sun-bin to Lead a New Korean Drama!

Upcoming TVING drama Apink’s Jeong Eun-ji and actress Lee Sun-bin are in talks to work together!

On May 4, Jung’s agency Play M Entertainment announced to the media that the actress “has been proposed to appear in the new TVING drama Oh My Lord and is positively reviewing the offer.” Likewise, according to Korean news outlet Sports Dong-A, Lee is also positively discussing her appearance in the drama.

Oh My Lord will tell the story of three women who enjoy drinking a little too much. The drama aims to convey consolation and comfort to those who are struggling in life through the stories of these three women who just turned 30 and share their problems with each other over drinks. It was previously reported that Undercover (2021) star Han Sun-hwa also received a lead role offer.

If she accepts the offer, this will be Jeong’s comeback in the small screen three years since her last drama Untouchable (2017–2018). The singer-actress made her television debut back in 2012 with a lead role in Reply 1997 and has since appeared in dramas such as That Winter, The Wind Blows (2013), Lovers of Music (2014), and Cheer Up! (2015). On the other hand, Lee made her acting debut in the Chinese drama Saint Wang Xizhi in 2014 and has made her name known with her role in the OCN drama Squad 38 (2016). She also appeared in other dramas such as Missing Nine (2017), Criminal Minds (2017), and The Great Show (2019). She last starred in the OCN drama Team Bulldog: Off-duty Investigation (2020).
